1.1 The Organizer of this Competition is Tobii Tech AB, Karlsrovägen 2D, SE-182 53 Danderyd, Sweden. The Administrator of this Competition is SPACEFWD SRL, Av. des Anc. Combattants 2B5, 5060 Auvelais, Belgium.
1.2 This Competition is governed by these terms and conditions. By registering to enter this Competition, Entrants confirm that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
1.3 This Competition is open to Entrants (natural persons only) aged 16 and over, excluding employees and immediate relatives of employees of the Organizer and/or the Administrator, their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, and any other person professionally connected with this Competition. Parental consent is required for Entrants under 18 years of age.
1.4 This Competition is available worldwide except to residents of the following countries and territories: ARGENTINA, BELIZE, BAHAMAS, BOLIVIA, BRAZIL, CAYMAN ISLANDS, CHINA, CHILE, COLOMBIA, COSTA RICA, CRIMEA AND SEVASTOPOL, CUBA, DAESH, DOMINICA, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, ECUADOR, EL SALVADOR, FALKLAND ISLANDS, FRENCH GUIANA, GUATEMALA, GUYANA, HAITI, HONDURAS, IRAN, IRAQ, JAMAICA, MACAU, MEXICO, NICARAGUA, NORTH KOREA, PANAMA, PARAGUAY, PERU, PUERTO RICO, SOUTH GEORGIA AND THE SOUTH SANDWICH ISLANDS, SUDAN, SURINAME, SYRIA, URUGUAY and VENEZUELA.
1.5 No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase does not increase an Entrant's chances of winning.
1.6 Only one (1) participation per individual is permitted, as determined by email address. Entrants who create or use more than one account will be disqualified.
1.7 The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any Entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions, or whose behaviour is considered defamatory, offensive or illegal.
1.8 The use of any automated system, script, bot or other means to complete actions or accumulate points is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
1.9 The Organizer takes no responsibility for entries or actions that are lost, delayed, incomplete or cannot be recorded for any technical or other reason.
1.10 In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
2.1 The Competition starts at 09:00 CEST (UTC+2) on 9 October 2026 and closes at 17:00 CET (UTC+1) on 25 October 2026. Central European time changes from summer time to standard time in the early hours of 25 October 2026, before the close; the closing time is therefore stated in standard time.
2.2 The Competition closes one day before the end of the promotional offer described in section 7.
2.3 Actions completed and points earned outside the Competition period will not be counted.
3.1 To enter, Entrants register on the Competition platform with a valid email address and a nickname. Registered Entrants then earn points by completing the actions below.

3.2 Each action may be completed once, except the daily bonus, which may be collected once every twenty-four (24) hours during the Competition period. The sharing and following actions may each be completed once per platform listed.
3.3 Points for the Star Citizen quiz are awarded for each correct answer only. Each question may be answered once.
3.4 The subsidiary question may be answered once and the answer cannot be changed after it has been submitted. It is used to separate Entrants with equal points, as set out in section 4.
3.5 Where an action takes place on a third-party platform (such as following an account or subscribing to a newsletter), the Administrator may verify that it was completed and remove the corresponding points if it was not, or if it is reversed during the Competition period.
3.6 Any leaderboard or points total displayed during the Competition is provisional. Final standings are determined by the Administrator after the Competition closes, once points earned in breach of these terms and conditions have been removed.
4.1 The winner is the Entrant with the highest total number of points at the close of the Competition, as established under section 3.6.
4.2 If two or more Entrants have the same highest total, the winner is the Entrant among them whose answer to the subsidiary question is closest to the correct answer. Answers above and below the correct answer are treated equally.
4.3 If two or more Entrants remain tied after section 4.2, the winner is drawn at random from among them using a random number generator (random.org).
4.4 The subsidiary question is: "How many participants will have registered for this Competition by its close at 17:00 CET on 25 October 2026?" The correct answer is the number of registered Entrants recorded by the Administrator at the close of the Competition, before any disqualifications.
5.1 There is one (1) prize: one (1) Tobii Eye Tracker 5 (MSRP €279 / $329). There is one (1) winner.
5.2 The prize is provided by the Organizer and will be shipped to the winner's postal address in an eligible country.
5.3 No cash alternative is offered. The prize is not transferable. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, customs duties and expenses not specified in the prize description.
6.1 The winner will be notified by email at the address used to register, within seven (7) days of the close of the Competition.
6.2 The winner must reply within forty-eight (48) hours of being contacted, confirming acceptance of the prize and providing their full name, postal address and telephone number for delivery.
6.3 If the winner does not reply within that time, declines the prize, cannot be contacted, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be offered to the next-ranked Entrant, determined by applying section 4 to the remaining Entrants, and this procedure will be repeated as necessary.
7.1 Separately from the Competition, a 15% discount on the Tobii Eye Tracker 5 is available on gaming.tobii.com with the promotion code sc2026 from 09:00 CEST on 9 October 2026 to 17:00 CET on 26 October 2026.
7.2 Participation in the Competition does not require any purchase, and taking up the offer has no effect on an Entrant's points or chances of winning.
8.1 The Administrator collects the following data from all Entrants: email address, nickname, the actions completed, and the answers given to the quiz, the survey and the subsidiary question. From the winner only, the Administrator additionally collects full name, postal address and telephone number for the purpose of delivering the prize.
8.2 This data is used to run the Competition, to contact Entrants regarding their participation, and to deliver the prize. Survey answers are used by the Organizer in aggregated form to improve its products and marketing.
8.3 Entrants' personal data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Subscribing to the Tobii Gaming newsletter is a separate choice made by the Entrant, governed by the Organizer's privacy policy.
8.4 By participating in the Competition, Entrants agree to the Organizer collecting and using their personal data as described above, and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Organizer's privacy policy at https://www.tobii.com/group/privacy-policy/.
8.5 By entering this Competition, Entrants are deemed to: (i) have accepted these terms and conditions; and (ii) warrant that any information they submit is accurate and relates only to themselves.
9.1 The Organizer and its agents are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Competition; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Competition; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Competition or the processing of entries.
